India loses to Japan

CHENNAI: India lost to Japan by a 3-2 margin in the Asian youth boys’ volleyball championship in Sri Lanka on Thursday.

India restored parity after trailing 1-2 before Japan won the 115-minute encounter with a 21-25, 25-21, 25-22, 25-27, 15-12 scoreline.
