Hygiene awareness programme at schools

Awareness programmes on hygiene at schools, Anganwadi centres and Primary Health Centres would be organised as part of the International Day of Hand Washing on Wednesday. The programmes would be organised under the Total Sanitation Campaign and Sarva Siksha Abhiyan. Demonstrations on hygienic practices would be held, Collector T. Soundiah said in a Press release.
