Staff Reporter

ARIYALUR: The district administration has called for applications from married women for the posts of Organiser and Helper in 21 centres in the district managed under ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) Scheme.

Twenty one organiser posts are to be filled with eligible women in the age group of 25 to 35 years with a qualification of standard X in the Anganwadi centres. For widows, destitutes, and applicants from Adi Dravidar and ST communities, age norm will be relaxed up to 40 years.

Those applying for the post of Helper only need to be literate.

Applicants must reside within three kilometres of the Centre where vacancies exist. Applications must be submitted before October 19 along with documents of educational qualification, proofs of age and residence, and certificates.

Applications could be obtained from the ICDS offices, according to a communication.
