KANNUR: The ‘Prakshobha yatra’ (agitation march) led by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) State president K. Surendran, from Kasaragod to Thiruvananthapuram, entered Kannur on Tuesday. The vehicle campaign was flagged-off by the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, L.K. Advani, at Kasaragod on Monday. The yatra is being taken out against the ‘anti-people policies of the Central and State governments.’ It would conclude on October 28. The yatra was accorded reception at Taliparamba, Kannur and Iritty. BJYM leaders S. Suresh, P. Venugopal and M.G. Ramakrishnan addressed the gathering.
