The Hindu beats Homely HC
CHENNAI: A 50th minute penalty corner goal by Brian Gaughan helped The Hindu defeat Homely HC 2-1 in its opening match in the CHA first division hockey league at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium, here on Sunday.
Homely had gone ahead early in the first half through Saravanan. Thereafter, Balaji found the equaliser off a penalty corner in the 22nd minute.
