Tiruchi and Krishnagiri win

TIRUVARUR: Tiruchi and Krishnagiri won the title in the boys’ and girls’ sections respectively in the State mini-volleyball championship at the Veludaiyar HSS, here on Sunday.

The results: Boys: Final: Tiruchi bt Tiruvarur 25-23, 25-19, 25-13. Third place: Coimbatore bt Erode 25-22, 26-28, 25-16.

Girls: Final: Krishnagiri bt Kancheepuram 25-19, 25-22, 25-12. Third place: Erode bt Salem 26-24, 25-17.
