Pune: Nora shone when the horses were exercised here on Monday morning (Oct. 13).

Sand track:

600m: Jolteon (Lisa Jones) (1,200-600) 40.5. Easy. Rockeby Venus (T.Mahesh), Amaranza (Kharadi) 38. Former is a 2-y-o and finished two lengths ahead.

800m: Enaksi (Trainer) 55, 600/40.5. Moved freely. Full Faith (rb) 56, 600/42. Easy. Kiss Away (Kamlesh) 55.5, 600/42. Easy. Katania (W.Smith) 51, 600/38. Moved well. Giannatassio (C.Rajendra) 51, 600/38. Moved freely. Pure Devotion (M.Narredu) 53.5, 600/40. Moved fluently. Blue Jay (Parmar), Elegante (rb) 56, 600/41.5. Pair easy. River Tern (rb) 53.5, 600/40. Supreme Orator (T.S.Jodha) 1-10, 800/55, 600/41. Pushed. Highland Glory (Kamlesh), Young Offender (Jethu) 1-7.5, 600/39. Both were urged and ended level. Elementto Code (W.Smith) 1-8, 800/54, 600/40. Moved well.

1,200m: Go Guzzi Go (W.Smith), Nitrous (Neeraj) 1-22.5, 600/41. Former finished five lengths ahead. Nora (M.Narredu) 1-23, 600/41. Moved well. Illusionist (C.Rajendra), Ravishing (rb) 1-25, 800/55, 600/41. They ended level.

1,400m: Set Alight (M.Narredu), Angelique (Neeraj), Maseeha (N.Alam), Flaring Sun (Late Vitriol) (S.S.Rathore) and Cotswold Arms (C.Rajendra) 1-28.5, 600/36.5. Won by 3/4, nk, nk. Set Alight who is in great heart was running second last till the bend, and easily moved forward in the straight to win with plenty on hand. Flaring Sun also moved well and finished close fourth.

Second mock race:

1,200m: Don’t Be Silly (Zameer), Sauvemente (W.Smith) 1-13.5, 600/37.5 Former finished five lengths ahead.

600m: Brave Gun (rb) 41. Easy. Almarina (S.S.Rathore) 38.5. Moved freely. Roaming Fame (Jethu) 40. Easy. Supreme Falcon (rb) 42. Easy.

800m: Swept Away (Jethu) 51, 600/38.5. Moved well. Algo Mas (rb), Master Planner (Ikram) 55.5, 600/40.5. Pair level. Walking Tall (Lisa Jones) 51, 600/38. Urged. Step By Step (S.Fargeat) 54, 600/40.5. Good. Miss Pinky (W.Smith), a bay filly (Alnasr Alwasheek- Champagne Polka (Lisa Jones) 55.5, 600/40. They are 2-y-o’s and ended level. A chestnut colt (Major Impact-Red Alert) (W.Smith), a chestnut filly (Mischevious Music-Jungle Girl) (Lisa Jones) 54.5, 600/40. Both are 2-y-o’s and moved level.

1,200m: Full Faith (rb), Charlie Parker (Chowghule) 1-21.5, 1,000/1-7, 600/41. Former finished a distance ahead. Latter was eased up. Thanda (T.Mahesh), Matata Pride (M.Narredu) 1-23, 1,000/1-8, 800/53, 600/40. Former who was well in hand started three lengths behind and finished level.
