Man arrested with fake currency

NEW DELHI: A resident of Naushera Dhalla, a village close to the India-Pakistan border, was arrested in Amritsar on Sunday by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence with five Chinese pistols and Rs.11.5 lakh in fake currency. The consignment was smuggled in on Friday night. The arrested person’s Khalistan links are being probed.
