Yuvraj to lead India Blue

BANGALORE: Yuvraj Singh, S. Badrinath and Mohammed Kaif will lead the India Blue, Red and Green teams respectively in the Challenger Trophy at Cuttack from October 23 to 26.

The selection committee, led by K. Srikkanth, finalised the squads at the Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Sunday.

The teams: India Blue: Yuvraj Singh (Capt.), Dinesh Karthik, A. Rahane, Robin Uthappa, Virat Kohli, R. Jadeja, Irfan Pathan, Yogesh Takawale, Ashok Dinda, P. Sangwan, Amit Mishra, Arjun Yadav, Siddharth Trivedi and R. Ashwin.

India Red: S. Badrinath (Capt.), Rohit Sharma, M. Vijay, F. Fazal, Manoj Tiwari, Jaydev Shah, Abhishek Nayar, Parthiv Patel, Wriddiman Saha, Praveen Kumar, L. Balaji, Piyush Chawla, Vinay Kumar and Monish Parmar.

India Green: Mohd. Kaif (Capt.), Suresh Raina, Shikhar Dhawan, Naman Ojha, C. Pujara, S.S. Tiwari, Yusuf Pathan, L.R. Shukla, Manpreet Goni, R.P. Singh, Pragyan Ojha, Rajat Bhatia, Abhinav Kumar and Pankaj Singh. — Principal Correspondent
