Triple pole for Sriskandarajah

CHENNAI: Seasoned biker Sriskandarajah took three poles in the qualifying sessions of the fourth round of the Ucal Rolon National Racing Championship.

Riding for Team ANYA at the Madras Motor Track on Saturday, Sriskandarajah made his experience count and sent warning signals to the opposition camps with a dominant show in three categories.

Praveen Keerthi and Vikram took pole in the superbikes class. The main races will take place on Sunday.

The results (poles): Expert: Group ‘D’ four-stroke 165cc: Sriskandarajah (01:14:975); Group ‘B’ four-stroke 165cc: Sriskandarajah (02:03:655); Group ‘B’ four-stroke 260cc: Sriskandarajah (02:03:933).

Intermediate: Group ‘C’ two-stroke 130-165cc: P. Deva Kumar (02:09:604).

Novice: Group ‘D’ four-stroke 130cc: Alok Sashidhar (01:21:272); Group ‘D’ two-stroke 130-165cc: Sumit Lucas Toppas (01:18:627); Moped: R. Ashok Kumar (01:28:643).
