CHENNAI: Pranit J. Ramchandani of TNBSA triumphed in the junior billiards event in the TNBSA State-ranking billiards and snooker tournament, defeating club-mate S. Dilip Kumar 666-389 in the final contested in the two-hour format. Pranit and Dilip, who also advanced to the junior snooker final, will represent the State in the all-India billiards and snooker championship to be held at Indore in November.
