Rape of nun: three arrested in Kerala

BHUBANESWAR: Three more persons were arrested in Kerala on Saturday for alleged involvement in the case relating to the rape of a Catholic nun at K. Nuagaon in Kandhamal district of Orissa. (Four persons were arrested earlier.)
According to State Director-General of Police Manmohan Praharaj, the three were arrested from a village in Palakkad district of Kerala.
They have been brought to Orissa. They include the prime accused who allegedly committed the rape.
The accused were identified as Mitu Patnaik, Saroj Ghadei and Munna Ghadei, Mr. Praharaj said.
The three had gone to Kerala after a few arrests were made in the case and had taken up work at a rice mill.
