Doctor arrested

Chennai: The Crime Branch CID on Saturday arrested a 34-year-old woman Ayurvedic doctor in connection with the Gold Quest case. Police said Madhavi Namboodri alias Mallampalli Madhavi of United India Colony in Kodambakkam was a leading agent in the multi-level marketing network and had earned Rs 2.27 crore as commission. A car was seized from her.
