CHENNAI: Co-optex will hold the ‘Aadavar Aadai Sirappu Kaithari Kankatchi’ at its Vanavil showroom on Anna Salai from October 13 to 27.

The exhibition-cum-sale will witness the launch of a new variety of shirts, suiting and kurtha materials.

Cotton shirts

To start with, Co-optex will launch 100 per cent cotton shirts, ‘Geo Shirts.’ “Till recently, we were focusing on plain or striped shirts. However, these new shirts will have geometrical designs. They are priced at Rs. 440 for half shirt and Rs. 490 for full shirt,” said Co-optex Chief General Manager V. Gunasekaran.

Eco-linen shirts will come out with cotton mix. They are priced at Rs. 320 (net). For the first time, Co-optex will introduce kurtha material (running length), and it is priced at Rs. 70 a meter. The 100 per cent cotton self-jagard suiting will be offered at Rs. 245 a meter.
