Programme on gold appraisal

CHENNAI: The MSME-Development Institute at Guindy will conduct a skill development programme on gold appraisal from October 13 to 21 for those aged above 18.
A press release from the institute says the entrepreneurs will be trained in testing the purity of gold ornaments, valuation, interest calculation and the formalities for setting up jewellery shops.
No qualification mandatory
No basic qualification is needed to join the course, which will feature practical sessions.
Fee concession
