National workshop at Cusat on science reporting

Kochi: Cochin University of Science and Technology’s (Cusat) Centre for Science Communication (CSC), in collaboration with the State Council for Science, Technology and Environment, will conduct a three-day national workshop on ‘science writing and reporting’ for graduates, from October 30.

A. Aravindakshan, CSC Director, said the sessions would be handled by head of Journalism Department at Mangalore University, Prof. K.V. Nagaraj, science writer Prof. S. Sivadas, The New Indian Express Kerala Editor Manoj K. Das and Cusat public relations department director S. Anil Kumar. Admissions will be on first-come-first-served basis.
