Pappan volleyball
KOCHI: The 13th Pappan memorial Ernakulam District senior volleyball championship for men and women begins at the St. Antony’s Arts and Sports Club courts, Chettikkad, near Moothakunnam on Sunday evening.
Former National League champion BPCL Kochi Refinery, Indian Navy, Cochin Port Trust, Cochin Customs and Sacred Heart College are some of the prominent teams which will figure in the men’s section.
SNM College, St. Xavier’s College, St. Teresa’s College and Nayarambalam’s SGDC are some of the top teams in the women’s event.
