Who’s responsible? Fourth Cross Street, Rajaji Nagar in Krishnagiri, where rain water gets stagnated, is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Katikanapalli Panchayat authorities are yet to take any action to remove the water which has remained stagnant there for the last one week.
