Praja Rajyam placates senior leaders

HYDERABAD: The Praja Rajyam has accommodated a majority of the leaders who shifted their loyalties by announcing the party’s committees for different regions on Saturday.

Ch. Harirama Jogaiah and Bhuma Nagireddy, who were reportedly unhappy at not being given their due place in the party, were made members of the committees constituted to oversee the PR affairs in their respective regions.

Accordingly, Mr. Harirama Jogaiah, former Ministers Kotagiri Vidyadhara Rao and Tammineni Sitaram, TDP MLA Ghanta Srinivas and K.S.R. Murthy had been nominated to the committee for West and East Godavari, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts.

Mr. Bhuma Nagireddy, former Minister Khaleel Basha, former MP C. Ramachandraiah have been made members of the panel constituted for the four Rayalaseema districts while Kamineni Srinivas, C.V. Sesha Reddy, K. Vinay Kumar, Zia-ur-Rehman and Tulasi Prabhu would be in the panel to oversee the party’s programmes in Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam and Nellore districts.

Dr. Vinay and Dr. Sravan, who are among the PR think tank, would head the Telangana affairs along with Zakaria, Arham, Naragoni and Paduri Karuna.
