Humour contest on October 22

KOZHIKODE: A contest for presentation of jokes from the writings of humourist Sanjayan is being organised in connection with the 10th anniversary of Ramdas Vaidyar who had made a mark in the city’s social and cultural life. The competition, to be held at 3 p.m. on October 22at Sports Council Hall is open to students of high schools and Plus Two classes. Contestants can participate in the event as teams as well as individuals.Participants have to register for the contest before October 20 either at the office of Ramdas Vaidyar Suhrud Sanghom at Neelagiri Lodge, Annie Hall Road, Kozhikode or on Ph: 9447694288/9388099001 or 0495-2720409. — Special Correspondent
