Church bells to chime

KOCHI:. Church bells in Catholic parishes across the State will chime at 1.30 p.m. on Sunday, as Pope Benedict XVI canonises Blessed Alphonsa of Bharananganam.

The devout have been asked to observe a minute’s silent prayer on the occasion. — Staff Reporter
