New course on water conservation

Darbhanga: In a bid to spread awareness and promote water conservation amongst the common people, the Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU), Darbhanga, has decided to introduce a course on water conservation scheme.

The University has introduced the course on the recommendations of the University Grants Commission (UGC) which was asked by the Union Water Resources Ministry to start a programme on the water conservation for which the ministry would provide adequate financial support to the UGC, Bimlendu Shekhar Jha, Co-ordinator, College Development Committee of LNMU said.
