Advani writes to PM

NEW DELHI: In a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, L.K. Advani, has asked him to reiterate India’s position on the Kashmir issue as stated in the parliamentary resolution adopted on February 22, 1994 that Pakistan must vacate the part of Kashmir occupied by it through force.

The text of the letter dated October 8 was posted on the official website of the BJP here on Friday.
