SBT revises term deposit rates

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State Bank of Travancore is offering 10.60 per cent interest per annum for 400 days domestic Term Deposits and Non-Resident Ordinary Term Deposits, with effect from October 7, 2008.

The annualised return for the above deposits will be 12.06 per cent. Resident Senior citizens will get additional 0.50 per cent interest on deposits of Rs.5,000.00 and above for the same period, with an annualised return of 12.76 per cent.
