CHENNAI: S. Prem Prakash of Champions Billiards Academy (Coimbatore) won the TNBSA State-ranking billiards championship for the 16th successive time — and 17th overall — defeating compatriot R. Praveen Kumar in Tuesday’s final. Prem Prakash raced to a 4-0 lead in the best-of-nine final, before Praveen reduced the deficit by two.
