‘Techtatva’ inaugurated

Manipal: The former chief of the Research and Analysis Wing P.K.H. Tharakan has said that technology will help security agencies in destroying the designs of terrorists.

He was speaking at the inauguration of “Techtatva,” an inter-collegiate festival organised by the Manipal Institute of Technology here on Tuesday.
