Udupi
Udupi: Convener of South Karnataka Zone of Sri Rama Sene, Arun Kumar Puthila, said on Tuesday that the Datta Mala Abhiyan would be held at Bababudangiri in Chikmagalur district on October 14. Speaking to presspersons here, Mr. Puthila said that nearly 25,000 activists of the sene would be participating in the abhiyan. Of the activists, 7,500 would be from Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts. Various “homas” would be held as part of the abhiyan. As many as six seers would be participating in the abhiyan. — Staff Correspondent
