Kaundinya, Vaibhav and Yatin slam tons

HYDERABAD: Centuries by A. Rayan Kaundinya (160 not out) for Bhavan’s Junior College ‘A’, Vaibhav (120) and Yatin Reddy (166 not out) for Cal Public School in different matches were the highlights of the Boost Cup under-16 cricket championship here on Monday.

The scores: Bhavans Jr. College ‘A’ 352 for one (Sachin Joshi 82, A. Rayan Kaundinya 160 not out, N. Naveen Kumar 70 not out) bt Neeraj Public School 116 (Prince Ojha three for 20).

Loyola Jr. College 250 (Chandrakanth 84, Anthony Joseph four for 56) bt St. Mary’s Jr. College ‘C’ 64 (Santosh Reddy three for 24, Sharieef three for two).

Cal Public School 354 for two (Vaibhav 120, Yatin Reddy 166 not out) bt Sujatha Public School 28 (Adithya seven for six).

St. Mary’s Jr. College, Himayathnagar, 82 (Omer Salam Bawazir four for 11, Chandrahas Naidu three for 19) lost to Sri Chaitanya, Yousufguda, 83 for one.

Little Flower Jr. College Blues 244 (A.N. Sai Charan 72, Seshu 36, Goutham 32, Sanjeet 75, Rajshekhar five for 28) bt Model Mission HS, Majidpur, 58 (K. Sanjeet five for 16, Sai Charan five for 17).

Model Mission HS 65 (M.P. Nagnath five for 30) lost to Boys Town 66 for four.

St. Andrew’s ‘B’ 235 (Shubham 38, Shiva Prasad 49, Lohit 53, Y. Gaurav Saudagar three for 28) bt Bhega’s HS 170 (Y. Gaurav 47, Prasad 48, Mohith Soni four for 28).

St. Patrick’s 294 for six (K. Nitesh Reddy 41, Chandrasekhar 107, S. Santosh Sandri 50, G. Bhanu 32) bt Chirec Public School 83 (Ravi three for 18, Roshan three for 12, Karthik three for eight).

St. Mary’s Jr. College 255 (Meher Kiran 80, Rohit 37, Deepak four for 43, Pruthivi four for 35) bt Auxillium HS 134 (Enosh 42, Nikhil six for 19).
