Books by Sreedharan Pillai released

KOZHIKODE: All sections of people should unite to strengthen virtue and uproot vice in society, Supreme Court Judge Cyriac Joseph has said.

He was speaking here on Monday after releasing ‘Bonsai,’ an anthology of poems by the former BJP State president P.S. Sreedharan Pillai.

Mr. Joseph handed over a copy of the book to Abdul Samad Samadani, former MP. Singer K.J. Yesudas released a CD containing selected poems by Mr. Pillai by handing over a CD to writer Punathil Kunhabdullah.

Another book by Mr. Pillai, ‘Vyathayum Veekshanavum,’ a collection of essays, were released by BJP national leader Padmanabha Acharya by handing over a copy to BJP State president P.K. Krishnadas.

Former Union Ministers O. Rajagopal and M.P. Veerendrakumar were among those who spoke.
