Last rites of unclaimed bodies

Satya Harishchandra Foundation will perform the last rites of 20 unclaimed bodies on Monday afternoon at a graveyard in Chandrayangutta.

Foundation joint secretary A. Mahesh Kumar said they had performed the last rites of over 850 unclaimed bodies since its inception in 2006. A website www.unclaimedbodies.

com was launched with all the details of dead persons along with the photographs for the convenience of family members to identify the bodies, Mr. Kumar said.
