Fire in bazaar

TIRUVARUR: Furniture and other goods worth several lakhs of rupees were destroyed in a fire that broke out in Big Bazaar Street in Mannargudi in Tiruvarur district on Saturday. Fire service personnel put out the fire quickly. Police sources said that fire broke out when the generator was switched on.
