Kuchipudi exponent honoured

CHENNAI: Kuchipudi exponent Sobha Naidu was honoured with ‘Natya Tapasvini’ title at the tenth anniversary celebration of Chennai-based Sri Kalasudha Telugu Association held in the city on Saturday.

Participating in the celebrations, Commissioner of Police R.Sekar commended the efforts of the association to promote Telugu culture and art forms.

The function also had ‘Kalyana Srinivasam,’ a Kuchipudi ballet performance by Ms.Naidu. Art director Thota Tharani and actor Srikanth participated.
