VISAKHAPATNAM: Green Park is hosting a “Snacks and Desserts festival” to ring in the festival season. The variety vegetarian snacks to be displayed include tandoor khazana like achari aloo kabab, shahi paneer tikka, tandoori gobi amristsari, papdi chat, hot chat, chole bhatura, veg soft noodles, veg Manchurian, assorted dosas, palak dosa and paper dosa. Guests can treat themselves to a wide range of ice cream flavours like strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. The hotel’s in-house band Rhythm and Taal will belt out all time hit numbers for music and dance lovers. There would be prizes and gifts for the participants on the dance floor. The festival will be held from October 6 to 9. Bengali delightsA traditional culinary delights of Bengal await the discerning palates at the ‘Sharodiay Mahabhoj’ (festive mega feast) at The Park. The hotel is flying in most of the fish like Kolkata Bekti, Padba and Hilsa fresh from Kolkata. The master chef from The Park, Kolkata, would oversee the individual preparations, according to Siraj Mukherjee, executive manager. The festival will be held at the Bamboo Bay.
