Delhi Tourism presents dividend cheque

NEW DELHI: Delhi Lieutenant-Governor Tejendra Khanna was on Friday presented a cheque for Rs.62.82 lakh by the Chairman and Managing Director of Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation, Sumati Mehta, as dividend for the financial year 2007-08. Delhi Tourism was set up in 1975 and has been paying dividend constantly since 1989-90. It has made a profit before tax of Rs.1299.91 lakh and declared a dividend of 10 per cent .
