Suraj shines

Chennai: M.S. Suraj scored an unbeaten 93-ball 101 for City I against City II on the first day of the TNCA round robin under-14 cricket match here.

The scores: City I 346 for eight in 90 overs (R. Akash 59, Mitchell Antony 40, V. Aditya 55, M.S. Suraj 101 n.o., N. Vignesh three for 71) vs City II 56 for no loss in 13 overs (Aditya Giridhar 37 batting); City III 294 for six in 90 overs (M. Shah Rukh Khan 72, R. Radeesh Manikandan 68, Jeet Puri 75) vs City IV 22 for no loss in eight overs.
