Prisoners’ day

District Sessions Judge Sivaiah Naidu asked the inmates of District Jail here to eschew violence and embrace path of non violence as was practised by Mahatma Gandhi. Addressing the Prisoners’ Day meeting held on the jail premises in Guntur on Thursday, he said the principle of non violence has a deep moral sense and urged the inmates to spread the message of peace and good will. Many senior judges including, second additional sessions judge Suryanarayana Goud, fourth additional sessions judge G. Vijaya Kumar and principal additional sessions judge Kishore Kumar were present. Trainee fathers from St. Joseph’s Seminary too attended the meet.
