New Delhi: The Union Government has decided to confer the Kabir Puraskar for the year 2008 on Abdul Gani Abdullabhai Qureishi of Gujarat and Ghulam Ahmed Bhat of Jammu and Kashmir for their exemplary role during communal violence.
