Row over film screening

KOCHI: Mammootty fans were disappointed when exhibitors in the city refused to screen his latest film Maya Bazar on Wednesday, following the ongoing feud between the Film Exhibitors’ Federation and Producers’ Association. But fans travelled all the way to Tripunitura and Aluva to watch the movie. The row reached the crescendo on Monday when the federation decided not to screen Maya Bazar and Mohanlal’s Kurukshetra in protest against the decision to release the movies in more centres .
