German girl case: 2 suspects surrender

Chandigarh: Two youths, Sukhwinder Singh alias Sukhi and Manveer Singh alias Jolly, allegedly involved in the molestation and abduction of a German girl surrendered on Wednesday before a local court which remanded them to police custody till October 3.
