“It’s not a question of one individual, but the system”

ON BOARD SPECIAL AIRCRAFT: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has suggested that sacking the Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil – as demanded by the Opposition and also by some in the Congress – would not necessarily help in the fight against terror.

Interacting with the media on his way back from Paris, Dr. Singh said: “It is not a question of one individual, it is a question of the system and we have problems.”
