Molestation of German: prime suspect held
CHANDIGARH: Police on Tuesday arrested Harpreet Singh alias Dalli who is suspected to have played a key role in the abduction and molestation of a German woman here on Saturday night. Three others involved in the incident were identified as Manjeet Singh alias Jolly, Sukhi and Sompal.
ASP Madhur Verma said Harpreet, who had a criminal record, was arrested from Ambala.
On Monday, Pankaj Punia, son of a police official in Haryana, too was held in Ambala. He was produced in the court, which remanded him to police custody till October 3. — PTI
