KOCHI: The Kanichikulangara Action Council has constituted a legal-aid clinic to help Himalaya Chit Fund depositors claim the money they had invested in the fund. Addressing media persons at the Ernakulam Press Club on Tuesday, V.A. Hakim, council general convenor said that the clinic has begun functioning opposite the Saritha Theatre on Banerji Road.“The depositors must file a claim application before November 15.” The contact numbers of the clinic are 2447204, 2447663 and 98472 29243. A campaign to help depositors would begin from Perinthalmanna on Friday
