VISAKHAPATNAM: The ruling Congress wants Visakhapatnam Lok Sabha member N. Janardhan Reddy to take up the issue of ‘Garib Rath’ train running between Anakapalle and Secunderabad instead of from Visakhapatnam as declared by the Railway Minister in the Union railway budget. A.P. Building and Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Board Chairman S. Gopal, in an open letter to the MP, described as unfortunate the truncating of the Garib Rath route by running it from Anakapalle. He said Mr.Janardhan Reddy should take up the issue.
