Naidu hosts lunch for NTR kin

HYDERABAD: Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu has asked the film stars in the family of party founder N.T. Rama Rao, to join forces in making the proposed Yuva Garjana in Guntur district (likely on October 23 or October 26) a grand success.

Mr. Naidu hosted lunch to the members of the family on Sunday that was attended by film stars Balakrishna, Kalyan Ram, Taraka Ratna and Junior NTR. TDP MP Nandamuri Harikrishna did not attend the meeting as he was out of station. Though party leaders did not attach much importance to the meeting , sources claim that the get-together was aimed at pacifying Mr. Taraka Ratna who was reportedly angry over not being invited to the earlier meetings. Mr. Taraka Ratna who is said to be claiming that Mr. Balakrishna would be the driving force for the Telugu Desam in the near future is also reported to be peeved over the importance being given to Junior NTR.

Mr. Naidu, it is learnt, pacified Mr. Taraka Ratna that he was part of the family and would be given due importance in all matters.
