Navy recruitment on October 16

Kochi: A navy recruitment camp will be held at the Naval Base here on October 16. Unmarried youth from Kerala and Lakshadweep, who have passed Plus Two or equivalent with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects and born between February 1, 1988 and January 31, 1992, can attend.

Two-day test

Selection will be based on the performance in a written test, physical fitness test and medical test, lasting about two days.

The candidates should bring the original certificates and attested copies of matriculation and Plus Two mark lists besides a residence certificate, with an attested copy, issued by the village or taluk authorities.

They should also bring two self-addressed envelopes of size 22 X 10 cm with postal stamp for Rs.10 affixed on one of them and eight recent passport size photographs with negative, the Navy informed in a press release.
