Vacation judges to hear ‘urgent’ cases

HYDERABAD: Judges -- Ghulam Mohammad, P.V. Sanjay Kumar and G. Chandraiah -- will be the vacation judges of the AP High Court to hear cases of urgent nature when it will be closed from October 3 to 10 for Dasara vacation.

Urgent cases can be filed on October 3 and 6 and the court will sit on October 6 and 10, when the judges -- Ghulam Mohammad and Sanjay Kumar -- will preside over the single Benches after completion of the work of the Division Benches on both days. Vacation officers will receive notice of any urgent application.—Special Correspondent
