Essay contest for students

KOZHIKODE: An essay writing contest will be conducted for school, college and university students on October 2 as part of strengthening the ideas of national integration and communal harmony.

The contest is in the district-level for school students from Class IX to Plus Two, and State-level for college students and university students. Those under Thamarassery education district should report at Thamarassery Government Vocational Higher Secondary School, those under Vadakara education district at Payyoli Government Vocation HSS and those under Kozhikode education district at Mananchira Government Model HSS. Those at the university-level should report at Mananchira Government Teachers Training College. The participants should bring the identity card of their institutions and report at 10 a.m.
