Jasdeep, Vani win titles

NEW DELHI: Jasdeep Singh and Vani Sahni won the 200m freestyle titles in the boys’ and girls’ Group III section, in the Delhi State sub-junior and tiny tots’ aquatic championship at the Pacific Sports Complex on Friday.

The results (winners): Boys: Group III: 200m freestyle: Jasdeep Singh 2:32.68; 50m back-stroke: Harsh Yadav 1:22.12; 100m breast-stroke: Udit Gupta 1:31.91; Group IV: 100m freestyle: Aakash Sehrawat 1:15.18; Group V: 50m breast-stroke: Nishant 51.37; 50m butterfly: Anurag Dagar 43.78; Group VI: 50m breast-stroke: Tanmay Das 1:07.75; 50m butterfly: Rohan Rathi 37.09.

Girls: Group III: 200m freestyle: Vani Sahni 2:36.47; 100m back-stroke: Ruhaab Khan 1:23.68; 100m breast-stroke: Priyanka Priyadarshini 1:24.21; Group IV: 50m butterfly: Muskan Bhasin 40.32; 100m freestyle: Sukriti Singh 1:19.68; Group V: 50m breast-stroke: Jasmine Chawla 54.83; 50m butterfly: Lavanya 48.65; Group VI: 50m breast-stroke: Simran 1:15.69.
