Style and fun: Film actor Lara Dutta along with Sunil Dutt, Country Head, Samsung Telecom, unveiling OMNIA, an all-in-one mobile phone in New Delhi on Wednesday. NEW DELHI: Samsung Mobile launched its new touch-screen smartphone ‘Omnia,’ which has been priced at Rs. 37,999 (24GB version) and Rs. 39,999 (32GB version). “The new phone has been powered with Windows Mobile 6.0, a five megapixel camera and a 3.2-inch TFT display. It is one of the most advanced mobile devices available today,” said Samsung Mobile Country Head Sunil Dutt after launching the phone. Omnia, which means ‘everything’ in Latin and ‘wish’ in Arabic, will be available in the market from next week onwards. “Samsung Omnia (SGH-i900) brings together sophisticated style and fun, dynamic multimedia experience along with high performance business capabilities to raise the bar in mobile convergence and performance,” said Mr. Dutt. The new smartphone allows users to switch seamlessly between Microsoft Outlook email and productivity applications.
