Floodlights switched on
Bangalore: It was time for ‘Lights on!’ at the KSCA (B) ground as the floodlights were formally switched on here on Wednesday night.
The lights consisting of two towers placed on either side of the newly laid seven practice pitches have been tested over the past few days and on Wednesday, the under-19 batch training at the National Cricket Academy were given the privilege of being the first bunch to train under lights at the KSCA (B) ground.
The players had a regular net session which is also a prelude to their last few days at the NCA. The two-month long under-19 camp will conclude here on Saturday.
